Chunk is developing a property model viewer that gives clients a more tangible feel for a property through their office laptop, mobile device, or VR headset. The viewer is web browser based, meaning it’s accessible to anyone from anywhere, and uses 3D models, meaning properties can be viewed before a single foundation is laid. Properties and their facilities can be viewed in a dollhouse view, giving a better feel for a property than a simple plan, and you can also explore them in a first person view, to experience how it feels to actually be inside the property.

Basic control instructions for Desktop, Mobile and VR are below the demo. Please note that the viewer is a prototype that is currently in development so is incomplete and may have small issues.
