  • You'll work with both established and potential clients to plan and specify web and mobile application projects. You'll be expected to be able to help gather requirements, shape briefs, to produce accurate schedules and budgets, and to ensure those are adhered to throughout

  • You'll work with both creative and technical direction to help shape project strategy and development approach

  • You'll always work as part of a blended team, collaborating with producers, developers and designers, but be responsible for the effective running of that team and its adherence to delivery standards and budgets

What we're looking for…

  • You should have demonstrable experience in running a number of web and/or application projects in a digital agency or software company. This should be clearly shown by a portfolio of currently live websites or mobile applications that you managed delivery of, and be able to explain the processes used - and challenges encountered - when delivering them.

  • You should have a full understanding of project management methodologies including agile, kanban and waterfall.

  • You should have a solid, multi-disciplinary understanding of the best approaches to deliver web and/or mobile projects

  • You should be comfortable both taking and shaping a client brief, running and facilitating workshops and meetings.

  • You should be familiar with tools like Trello, Basecamp, Omniplan and MIro, and not be afraid to go low-fi and into spreadsheets such Excel or Google Sheets.

  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication, and be comfortable writing project proposals, specifications, plans and documentation.

  • You should be passionate about delivering projects to a high standard, on time and within budget, and used to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You should be able to create, manage and monitor a risk register and change log, and to manage feedback and changes to scope in your stride.

  • It's important that you're approachable, amiable and willing to muck in with your teammates to deliver projects to the best of your collective abilities. You should know when to drive the team on, and when to put an arm around them.

  • You're keen to come join an award winning agency working for some of the most well-known companies and brands.

Bonus skills!

These are things that we'd love you to come with experience of, but don't be put off if you don't - it's more about having the potential and drive to build these skills, and you'll be supported in adding them to your skillset.

  • A passion for all things web and digital, and the ability to contribute to discussions on development approaches, design trends and industry developments

  • Experience in managing a quality assurance and testing process using third-party testing companies and in-house teams
